It seems to be a cross between a wild pig and a raccoon.

Good morning matina and Alessa . . . I found this strange animal in my back yard, but it's not a badger and it's not a skunk and it's not a Persian cat!



Very sunny here in the mountains and all is well. Going out to do some errands soon. Glad it's not going to be as hot as SA.

Christmas presents nearly all send. Can't believe how fast this year went by . . .

PJ holly hell that is one hell of a very well fed possum any of your cats missing??? just made i home i m going to go crash its a real stinker of hot weather today can seem to peel snowy off the tiled floor no matter what we try i might join him getting down isn't the problem its the getting back up that is siesta time catch you all soon

matina . . . enjoyed all the brushtail commentary! The one that was living in the top of the tree fern, by the back deck, was a ringtail, and seems to have disappeared! Am not sure if the tom cat is to blame! But then, I haven't seen him for a while either. I forgot to turn the 'tom cat alarm' to 'off' and Cosmo got a shock when the machine gun opened up early this morning! Don't know what the neighbours thought . . .
