matina and Katy, tops today was 27 degrees in the sun, out beyond the Hartley Valley, somewhat to the west of Lithgow . . . but it's only 22 degrees now in Leura . . . after 4 pm. This is one of the advantages of living at nearly 1000 metres altitude. We had a nice breeze on top of Mt. Walker, was at about 1150 metres. We visited the old trigometric station there and took photos. Stopped for iced coffee on the way back . . .
