Ice, it was 37 degrees down in Penrith today, when I visited a friend at the huge Nepean Hospital. Nurses in his ward said, 'Oh, well, it was 40 degrees yesterday.' No snowmen in sight. Took a while to find the right entrance to the right wing. This hospital is like a small city . . .



Hi to matina, and Alessa and Katy.

Visited a nice park along the Nepean River and walked the 'Great River Walk' before the heat became a bit much . . . more photos another time.

Here's where I took a walk today. Saw dozens of 'Water Dragons' . . . large and small . . . scuttling around the 'Great River Walk.'

Following my usual practice, am not posting a picture of any of them! They put their heads up and run on their hind legs. Very distinctive!

There we go. Summer sunset in Moscow.

In Moscow there's such a sport(?) called 'Roofing' and it's very common. Basically u see a nice Skyscraper and u get on its top and take some extreme experience.

Diva, I first tried 'Kombucha Tea' back in the 1970s, but didn't drink it regularly. The friend who told me about it, way back then, claimed that if you had gray hair, you could get your original colour back. Maybe I should try it again! Thanks very much for the download link.

Ooh! that's interesting I didn't read that anywhere in the book about the Grey hair bit! Very interesting now will try harder to try and get SCOBY if my hair can turn black again

It has so many wonderful health benefits, I didn't know that, this book is very detailed compared to another book on drinks i read but then fermented food is supposed to be very good for you like sauerkraut and kimchee for example
