Good morning to matina and Alessa . . . with yet another possum . . .



Had a good sleep this morning after my long and hot trip down to Penrith and the Nepean River yesterday. Actually, it was more hot than long, but it still wore me out.

The temperature in the upper Blue Mountains has now dropped right down to 12 degrees, as forecast, and it's rainy and foggy. Quite a change from the past few days.

Thanks, Katy . . . Yes, much cooler weather in the Blue Mountains today has revived my spirits. And the continuing light rain is going to ease our local worries about bush fires over the Christmas period.

I'm enjoying cold weather (12C~15C) and can't complain since we don't get snow here. I much prefer to be cold than hot. Give me snow anytime
