Good morning, matina and Katy and Alessa! All OK here except that it's been rather cold . . . down to 8.2 degrees last night (which is 47 degrees F). Now back up to 15 degrees and cloudy . . . not really summer weather! No chance to see any moon whatsoever!

Photo shows a dam near where my brother lives in Maine . . . sudden (temporary) thaw and rain melted all the snow and caused a deluge. (Back to freezing weather and snow again now.) Hope to have some sunny pictures again for you, John, probably very soon.

Will check back in again later this afternoon.

my place looks like a bomb has hit it katy. Ive done no cleaning since the hot weather has arrived my feet being so swollen i cant stand to do anything much;-( today is 24 degrees beautiful cool breeze sun is out and it is great feet are better went for a small walk to the end of the street and it is a rest day.
tomorrow is 29 and have errands to run and go pay our respects to a family friend whose brother has passed away in Greece 2 days ago.
Saturday back to 33 and to visit Satan look over any other correspondence etc then it is hot again but still have a few outstanding appointments that need closure. then back to normal routine. hopefully if it cools off a little i can resume normal cleaning duties. but till then im not pushing it! last thing i need it to hurt myself or fall over my clod hobbit feet.
time for a cup of tea and return a few phone calls. before the day is done.

Greetings to matina and Katy and Alessa for Friday. I've given up on 'good morning' because it's taken me about 40 minutes simply to establish a steady 'hotspot' connection with my iPhone.

Don't know what's wrong or how long it will last. Have tried everything that I can think of, and I'm really no dummy. The problem could be the way my computer is connecting to the hotspot or it could be the hotspot iteself. Will sure be glad when (I hope) everything is fixed on Monday. No fun at all.

Forgive me for not going back over all the TFWBL messages, but I'm worn out now! Will just try to pick up my e-mails while things are working and then head off to do errands. If the internet wasn't so important to me, I'd be giving up right now!

Had a chat with my brother and his wife this morning and got the latest news on his chemotherapy. Snowing on and off there and my brother is working long and odd hours keeping all customers plowed out. Oddly enough, was down to 8 degrees last night up here in the mountains. What a summer!

Will try to check in again later today. Fingers crossed.
