Yeah I'm not much of a sports fan anymore, haven't watched any of the Olympics... can't believe the weekend is almost over, but I hope everyone has a great week!!

I enjoy summer Olympics over winter, but I usually like certain events in the winter Olympics. However, I find myself not watching as I can't stand the coverage which is just jumping around highlights with a lot of commentary. I want to watch the whole event and see all the competitors... So I stopped watching. I'm disappointed with the coverage.

I Love watching anything to to with snow and ice but 1 i cant afford the time to sit there and watch the sports i just drift off and 2 too much to get done if i have to watch tv i would rather watch stuff with a story to them and i much rather download what it is to watch as the ads these days drive me nuts and waste more of my time plus with my memory having to contend with so much my issues appointments mum's satans and helping out neighbors when possible watching an advertisement infuriates me time wasted and then i cant remember where i was at

and this is why I don't have a TV... my laptop keeps my occupied enough

matina and Katy, temperature now up to 22 degrees after an overnight low of only 15.

Not a fan of watching the Olympics. The TV schedule is erratic as they try to broadcast in Prime Time hours after the events took place. I choose not to wade through network coverage, not knowing when they'll broadcast the sport I want to watch. Oh, we'll show you this, switch to that, come back to the other, and add this one just because. When the network knows the results and filmed the footage hours before. I did manage to see the men's champion capture his second gold medal.

Like GaronLord and BrightEyes4evr, I'm not thrilled with the coverage. I will watch the Live events, but NOT the taped events. If I want to see something live that isn't provided on one of the many NBC outlets, or I want to watch something from start to finish, there is usually a streaming option.

Ladies... I hear you on the non interest in sports. I grew up in an all male household (my poor mother was considered a saint) and sports was HUGE!
Plus, all the boys and my dad were VERY COMPETITIVE.

I'll check in later after I finish up my updates/work.
