John, I told my brother about that beautiful golf course in Jupiter, but haven't heard back from him. Don't know if he's brought his golf clubs with him. Won't do him any good in snowy Philadelphia!

I'm with Katy I've never had okra either... I've heard it can be slimy if not prepared right...

Just nursing an injury tonight, I took a chunk out of my shin when I ran into my bedframe... such a idiot (not the first time)... so I've wrapped the offending metal ends with towels, it looks ridiculous!! ...but it's just temporary...

JG - who won the hockey game?

PJ - is your brother still grounded? Good luck with the acupuncturist...

@ stretton i have 2 words for you BUBBLE WRAP!!! instead of the bath towels i have dont eh same thing to the bottom of my bed frame as i keep stubbing my arthritic toes on them and it feels like someone has taken a sledgehammer to them OUCH!!!! I do such a good job they bleed too (no sense doing things by halves is there) yes okra no matter how you prepare it is slightly slimy it is one of those foods you either love it or hate it i love it and it is great for diabetic and arthritis sufferers.
I just picked a bucket of limes off my tree anyone got a quick easy key lime pie recipe or lime marmalade recipe??? please pm me i would kill for a great sugar free recipe of both too
almost time for nap got to load up the dishwasher first

Just back from my acupuncture and it's great to see all the activity here! I don't have much to add except that my neck is better now.

John, I'm waiting to hear from my brother, still stuck at a Day's Inn somewhere near the Philadelphia airport. I really don't have good memories of that place! Yes, I hope he can rent some clubs in Florida, if he hasn't brought his own.

matina and Katy, hope your first day of autumn has been a good one.
