Good morning, matina and Katy and Alessa! Very windy up here today . . . still only 21 degrees.

Katy, I had eight visitors yesterday and was somewhat worn out. My neck, shoulder and down my arm have gradually got better but yesterday and the day before I had to resort to Panadol, which I try to avoid. Had a late thunderstorm and a brief downpour. Hoping to have a quiet day today. Sorry to hear that it's so hot again down in Sydney.

HELLO ALL!! Just finished going to church the annunciation of the virgin mary and greece's independance day from the Turkish Empire who ruled us for 400 years so double celebration

Rested up this afternoon and will check in at the local medical centre if I can't shake this neck/shoulder/arm problem by Tuesday. Have a lot to do this coming week.

After heavy war gaming, I use a couple of advil and rub BenGay on my neck, shoulders, and back.
It usually works and the pain is gone in less than 24 hours.

Diva (and John), you can be sure that this unbelievable sporting misbehaviour (or whatever you can call it) has had huge coverage here in Australia and shocked those following cricket. Latest news (which you've probably heard) is that both the captain and the vice captain have resigned (though they will continue to play) and Tim Paine is now Acting Captain. It's particularly tragic in that Steve Smith is regarded as one of the great Australian cricketers of the modern age.
