Interesting list of TV shows, Stretton! We get a number of the British and Canadian mysteries broadcast here, along with the usual American shows. My favourite is Murdoch, and he's of course from Nova Scotia, which is very similar to Maine!

matina and Katy, I'm back from the doctor now, and had an ECG while at the medical centre, which was normal. They want me to have an MRI to go along with my ultrasound and ENT inspection, both of which were OK. Am not keen to drive all the way in to Penrith (terrible parking problems) but I might have to do it. Took two Panadols before I drove home and feel better now. Am supposed to do specific exercises for my shoulder and neck, and use Deep Heat (relaxing is important) and Voltaren. Next appointment with my new doctor, Dr. Genevieve, is next Thursday and she may then advise going to a physiotherapist.

John, one of my relatives in the US watches Ms. Fisher and likes it. I tend to find her slightly annoying, but it's interesting to see a 'period' show set in Melbourne.

Took a few photos in front of the house when I returned home today . . .



Saw lots of very nice orangey-red trees in Wentworth Falls, along the GWH, while returning from Burwood yesterday . . .

Oh yes, those are good too... Sherlock is one of my favs and I liked White Chapel, I didn't finish watching Luthur I was waiting until it was over, so I could binge it... the ones I mentioned are definitely more cozy mystery than psychological thrillers, just so you know before you start... I hope you like them!!

PJ - if you find Phryne annoying you definitely won't like the new Agatha Raisin!! Glad to hear the doctoring is going well, now if you can just get rid of that darn neck/shoulder pain!!

Hi stretton that is a long list of shows I do like Murdoch when I get to watch it ,love mystery thrillers too, so I bought Easter eggs for the kids but I accidentally sat on these ones guess I'll just have to eat them (that's my excuse)

Hang in there Pj... I'm sure there is one thing we can all agree on. PAIN SUCKS!

Stretton... Luthor is pretty much over. There is some thought they "may" do a TV movie, but it's been a LONG time now since the last season. Go ahead... BINGE!
And as you have pointed out, I lean to toward the psychological thrillers. But I can do coy mysteries. I'm just looking for intelligent programs that well written with good characters. But most importantly, not too heavy of a British accent because sometimes, I'm not sure we even speak the same language

Yes, I've been known to turn on the sub-titles every now and then even though we're both supposed to be speaking the same language!!

now to explain my R11 post prior i was planning on posting that in the sports center thread and with myopic vision on a small lg phone and arthritic fingers you choose one thing and a hundred pop up i needed to post quickly as i was going to start driving i didn't double check like i normally do hence, i have you pointing out my every mistake but it is nice to know that at least someone is paying attention to me and keeping tabs on my senility god bless you JG
PJ good to hear most things went well yes parking is an issue i find park somewhere slightly further away and get a taxi in to where you need to be or do you have anyone who can drop you off and pick you up??
