The NCAA Championship game ended, and so did the party. All my buddies and my twin brother have finally gone home and thankfully, nobody is passed out here

Good morning, matina and Katy and Alessa! A beautiful morning up here in the mountains, sunny and about 19 degrees. More autumn leaves are appearing every day.

Katy, I'm going to see my acupuncturist this afternoon, and my new doctor tomorrow. As of Easter Monday, my neck started feeling a lot better, followed by my shoulder. My arm is now only sore when I move it. Am hoping for more improvement this week. Blood pressure is still a worry and I don't want to take a second medicine if I can avoid it.

matina, how are you going with your new equipment? No questions here sounds like good news!

John, countdown clock says 7 hours and 41 minutes until the Commonwealth Games begin! My son's family lives almost right next door (Sunshine Coast) but I don't think they plan to attend any events.

hello all sorry for my late hello i had drs appointment got home made lunch did the dishes and I'm done already I'm tired, my neck is killing me and headache still here day 5 and counting tomorrow physio appointment hoping i get some relief
