A very pleasant 21 degrees and sunny up here in the Upper Blue Mountains right now. Am off to my doctor's appointment soon and then have errands on and off all afternoon.

matina and Katy . . . had a short nap after my busy afternoon and have now been watching elderly Cosmo. He had no treatment whatsoever while at the vet . . . vet just looked into his mouth, at his teeth, and said all was well. 'Kittens' got anti-biotic shots, about which more later. But once out of the carry cage at home, Cosmo seemed to (almost) have a seizure and then spent some time lying down. Seems better now and is eating. Could be he was car sick or got a shock of some kind. (Just this minute jumped up on the couch with me, to beg for cat treats, which is a good sign.)

John, just confirmed those CG Friday event times in a PM to you. Now waiting to watch Mack Horton swim!

Thanks, Katy. Cosmo is now acting normally. Don't know what it was that affected him. I had been very pleased to have the vet give him a big thumbs up. Anyhow, he can take it easy now.

Will say good night to you and maybe matina too. I won't be going to bed myself for a few more hours.

John, swimmer Mack Horton performed as expected but probably wasn't pushed hard enough.

OH PJ keep an eye on him your right it may have been car sickness and stress from visiting the vet. if he is wanting treats it is a good sign. ring and tell the vet sometimes after an episode like that blood can be taken to rule out anything more sinister like epilepsy which can occur in older animals. i pray that isn't the case though. big hugs and kisses to Cosmo.
