Hello ladies...
What the heck is a Tim Tam.
They look good, but I have never heard of them before.

And thanks for the coffee Katy.
I'm alternating between coffee and whiskey.
Should probably just have an "Irish Coffee" instead

*arrives 24 hours later with starbucks* Let's just pretend I've been here all along? And that I totally didn't just use an old, outdated meme

Stretton, my back is 98% better! I'm so thankful. *wipes brow* I've been extremely careful ever since.

PJ, that quoka photo is adorable!

John, Tim Tams are a delicious Australian chocolate biscuit. They're very sweet but rich at the same time. The traditional thing to do when having a Tim Tam and a cuppa is to bite off diagonal corners (just a bit, you don't want to take massive bites), put it into your cuppa and use it like a straw. It's called the Tim Tam Slam and it's absolutely delicious. It gets the hot liquid of your cuppa in there and when you shove the whole thing in your mouth it literally melts across your tongue. It's divine. God I want a hot chocolate and a few Tim Tams now. *drools*

Hello, good morning, good afternoon and good evening to everyone else! I hope you're all doing well, and that this hump day hasn't and won't be a long one. ♥

JG, Tim Tams consists of two malted biscuits separated by a light chocolate cream filling and coated in a thin layer of textured chocolate.

The biscuit was created by Ian Norris, who was the director of food technology at Arnott's. During 1958, he took a world trip looking for inspiration for new products. While in Britain, he found the Penguin biscuit and decided to "make a better one".

Tim Tam went on to the market in 1964. They were named by Ross Arnott, who attended the 1958 Kentucky Derby and decided that the name of the winning horse, Tim Tam, was perfect for a planned new line of biscuits.

My Fave are the Dark Chocolate one which isn’t that sweet at all and Dark Chocolate with Raspberry ones...yumm...Okay I am drooling now!

Hello Fabri! I hope Spain is treating you well!

John, Diva described Tim Tams WAY better than I ever could have. They're very delicious if you ever get a chance to have one.

Hello Gorillaz as well! I hope you're warming up! :)

Sending a baby wombat photo to cheer everyone up . . .

matina, will write again soon. Am feeling much more optimistic this evening. Blood test tomorrow. Still couldn't spot Merlin.

Hi to nonny, gori and fabri_. Hope you're all well.

John, I'd forgotten that Tim Tams aren't known in the US. In fact, by comparison, they make Oreos taste like cardboard. There are now made a number of different flavours, but none are suitable for people who are watching their weight! Anyhow, Diva has given a good description . . .

Star, have decided to post pictures of cute Australian animals every so often . . . to elevate everyone's state of mind.

Katy, five degrees up here now and the fuzzies are enjoying the fire!

Thanks Peeps but I had copy-pasted from Wikipedia (I do that when I feel lazy to type :eh: ) I added the bit about the name though as I thought JG will enjoy that bit of sports trivia attached to it
