Katy... we haven't had any snow since the first snow storm I reported here.
Almost all of the snow has already melted and our temps have been staying just above freezing for now.

Kathy, thank you. My grandma had a stroke weeks ago, she is doing okay today and I’m happy to see her snap one of her eyes open before she fell asleep again.

Sorry, wasn't chased away. I assume johngriffen is near me but north of me, I'm near Joliet, and we didn't get too much snow that's been gone for a while.

Yeah... I now live in a Northern Suburb of Chicago... I was born, raised, and will never leave (until I want to play golf everyday) in Chicago

Unless I want to do some gambling, I don't get down to the Joliet area very often.
I prefer their riverboat to some of the other options around here
And if you are posting now, you also keep some weird hours
So I'm glad we didn't chase you away...
