matina, cleaning chores suck I normally go to my friends’ houses or public places for socialising so that I don’t have to do the cleaning tasks

binaryhermit, I sometime forgot my glasses as well because I had a habit not to wear them when I’m on the way to work (I remember the route so I don’t really need to see the direction to go to the workplace). But one time I have to bother my family to bring me glasses to my workplace, because, obviously, I need them to see the computer to do my work

One more week to go for Christmas to come!! Lieterally can’t wait

YES Seb i agree but unfortunately being the season for it, you get people who just drop in to say hello and merry Christmas. So the cleaning has begun. I so love the pics you post i just want to bring them home with me
visitors just left i have my spaghetti boiling and i am defrosting my meat sauce in the microwave and lunch will be ready soon so much for my relaxing day at home today. tomorrow begins another round of Dr appointments chiro for both mum and I and a vet follow up appointment for snowy (my fur baby) Thursday is another free day but back at it on Friday;-( ahhhh im so exhausted i just want to disappear for a while in a nice snowy place in the woods with my e reader, with a personal chef because i dont even want to cook i have had it! Good afternoon, everyone! Sorry to be late, but I was on the phone to my brother for a while. Photo shows him bringing more Christmas trees out of his woodlot, down towards the ocean. I already mentioned how he's selling the trees for $10 each! Shame he can't get them over to Chicago and make some real money!

matina, sorry to hear about all the upcoming appointments for you and your mother and Snowy. As you know, I can sympathise. Wish you could have that winter holiday you want!

Katy, it's already up to 25 degrees here in the mountains, so I've closed the front and back deck screens and put the AC on 'low econo' . . . Wonderful to hear about your grandson.

Can't believe Christmas is so close. Will soon post a picture of my little tree, much loved by Sunnya and Rishi (although they're both more sedate this Christmas, being a year older).

Heading off soon to pick up some meds, but don't have an appointment until Friday, unless I need to see my GP sooner. Feeling better today and looking forward to seeing my granddaughter on Thursday.

Well Matina, I had my last present ready to wrap, until I got into the treats that were supposed to be included in the package, so I'll have to do some repurchasing... Crossing my fingers not to have another tumble, but I haven't bought a replacement ladder, so my feet are still firmly planted on the ground, and so not very far to fall if I do... Hope your appointments go well tomorrow for you, your Mom and Snowy...

That's a pretty big xmas tree there PJ, hope your brother delivers... Hey do you have any kitten pics of Sunnya and Rishi, they were already big before I found chat, so missed out on them...

Not that anyone has any reason to care, but I found my glasses and am wearing them. Also, I need to get my sleep schedule back to something sane.

binaryhermit, I was due to have two cataract operations in January, which were supposed to do away with my need for glasses. Now I might have to delay things a bit. Am still able to read, more or less, without glasses, but need them for driving. Used to have multi-focals for many years, which worked great, but the cataracts finally took over.

Hey stretton we bought some stocking stuffers for the kids chocolates and other treats, some may have gone missing while wrapping it's hungry work ,your not alone Hi Pj I think I'll join sunnya and pass out on the lounge The graduation went well lots of tears from parents and teaches especially when they showed kindergarten photos of our graduating kids Very hot 34 here and there was no AC in the hall so glad to be home Hi seb how are you Binaryhermit I know how you feel I can't see at all without my glasses either I'd be lost
