hello all! i would say good morning, but one has to sleep for that to happen. I had a night from hell right kidney pain, dont know if it is from an infection, stone, or just dehydrated. I got up last night had a Ural sachet and a hydra-lite. I will have more today, as it seemed to ease up a bit, but pain still there not a happy camper ;-( going to spend it laying down on the couch drinking lots of fluids today see if it helps. today 41 is the forecast it was 23 last night hot as hell. have a great day folks be safe be well and god bless you all.

matina and Katy . . . a 'very warm' 32 degrees up here . . . hardly worth mentioning! For those of you in the US, that means high 80s. North of where matina lives it's apparently 46 degrees, which is about 115 degrees F and starting to get ridiculous . . .
Was just over at Katoomba for a routine test and then did some shopping in Leura. Talked to Roger while he was on one of his train trips down to Sydney.

After I went shopping alone in the Boxing Day, since everyone has their own agenda or has to go to work on that day, I kind of fell into a shitty mood. I really don't like doing stuff alone whether in the holidays or not. And I certainly hate myself for being rude to my family just because I felt moody and cranky. It frightened me I sometimes couldn't control my temper, I regretted my behavior right away but couldn't bring myself to apologize. Gosh, what kind of person am I? And I hate myself for taking something too serious while my brains tell me it is silly to get upset with something so unimportant. I want to be able to let go, relax, enjoy and find my inner peace. I may be surrounded by family but feeling lost nevertheless. Sometimes I wish there is an emotion pain-killer so that I would know what to do with myself or be my happy self again. Luckily, huskies are my fix too.
