it is too hot! here in Australia it is toooooo bloody hot!
the trick is to regulate your sleep pattern go to bed at the same time every night no back-lit tablets or computer screen time 2 hours prior to going to bed TV is fine as long as it is in a dark room and you have a light on in the back ground behind you, have a nice cup of tea like chamomile before bed and maybe a small splash of rum in it to help relax you. if this doesn't work get some melatonin over the counter and have it an hour before bed time. no heavy meals before bed time and no chocolate or sugar GOODLUCK!
