A rainy cold day here, Matina relax and enjoy a good wash blow dry Im hoping to get back to my hairdresser in the next couple of weeks they're only allowing 10 people at a time in there and they are always busy Xo Good morning Pj our local shops here are almost back to normal there are more people sitting outside the cafe eating and having coffee still keeping a distance ivr noticed a lot more people wearing masks too I can't believe only couple of months ago we were fighting over toilet paper now our Woolies supermarket can't give it away the lady at the check out told us the warehouse is full
coffee time then some housework have a good day everyone take care all

Good morning, everyone. Am sitting here watching while the pest control guy does his thing. The fuzzies are hiding under the stairs.

matina, are you at the hairdresser's today? Just heard that Adelaide has had its coldest day since 1944 . . . temperature was 0.9 degrees somewhere near the city. That's real Blue Mountains weather!

Katy, yes, I thought it would be cold and rainy at your house. Nights here have been 'only' down to 3 degrees or so for the past two or three days . . . not as cold as last week. Fog and rain all morning, but the cockies turned up anyhow. Sun is currently trying to break through, as I type . . . This past long weekend there were apparently thousands of tourists from Sydney everywhere in the mountains, though not evident around Sublime Point. Coffee shops and restaurants seem to be doing OK now, but of course no international tourists to be seen . . . Can't believe this all happened . . .

Hi alessa god yes we love the cold here too , such a relief for a while I hope all is well with you and mum Jeanette I kinda feel the same as rishi looks i don't like getting out of bed these days either matina the kids are good, the grandson has grown another foot ,they have to stop feeding him my daughter is having trouble getting shoes and pants to fit his long legs love from all of us xo Good morning Pj aw is rishi getting her fluffy back, they love the boxes so cute so no rain quite a bit warmer today 19c and warm in the sun it's sounds like some tourists are slowly making their way back to the mountains so that's good news for businesses, though it's the overseas trade thats a big part, no word if any overseas travel will happen anytime soon We're off to get some necessities and maybe have a coffee and sit for bit people watching it's good to get out now

hello all! i hope everyone is well.
i started thinking my day would be a stress free day no paperwork no phone calls and then BINGO SATAN CALLS so got him an emergency ophthalmology appointment he has done something to his eye and he cant even describe what he has done. so good-luck to me trying to interpret that to his ophthalmologist later this afternoon so there goes the stress free relaxing day being replaced by CHAOS. MIND YOU HE SAYS HE DID THIS A WEEK AGO!! but he had to choose today for it to be super important to be looked at.

PJ rishi is looking awesome and comfortable in her box i wonder does she want company as it is looking mighty inviting for someone wanting to escape life and this very cruel world.

Rain overnight has cleared and the skies are blue over the Blue Mountains today.

matina, Rishi has a number of boxes and competes for 'the best' ones with her sister. Both had a good snooze last night, staying in the living room near the fireplace. They have a good life! Sorry to hear about the latest drama with your father . . .

Katy, up to 13 degrees today, so it's much warmer that over the past week. Lots of cockies here, still eating. I finally got my termite inspection done yesterday and had a nice talk with the guy who did it, who is from the Philippines. Good news is that there was no sign of termites. Have to improve ventilation under the house, though.

Jeanette, Rishi always has quite a few naps during the day (and during the night) and doesn't always appreciate my photographic efforts. I'd like to get a shot of her with her eye wide open.

Tutoring for me today, at 4 pm, but I'm still not sure what my pupil is studying this week. Will be using Zoom again, as usual.
