Put some packets of frozen mango purée in freezer for remaining period I do it every time before monsoon :

I had some awesome Alphonsos, from my mum’s friends farm just last week, we are extremely picky when it comes to mangoes only the best we eat and buy only 3 types including Alphonsos

hey everyone ! greetings from singapore!!! My side is still in lockdown though although our gov are easing measures soon……..

I eat all types of mangoes,had good share of mangoes at Konkan belt in my previous job,but i prefer another type goan mangoes I think it's mankurad as per Google will taste it again if I visit god it's one of amazing mangoes I had.at my place banginapalli are good. Aap papad making is kind of small scale industry at my native place. Will brings lots of them whenever i visit my native place to makeup for mango taste ,will try to keep mango pure at freezer this time.

Why are we having so many talks about mangoes..? Just saying about it makes my mouth water.. but unfortunately for all of us monsoon is here
So will have to put with the rain...it is going to rain here... thunder's rolling..so better get to bed..

Wow! Great to see all the posts today! I'm not sure how we got on the topic of mangoes, but it's better than those things that start with the letter K, I guess.

matina, hope you're still enjoying the cooler weather in Adelaide. You have a whole winter to look ahead to, so maybe this is the start of a new trend.

Katy, 8 degrees here now, after a 4 degree night . . . foggy and a bit drizzly. I took the above photo a couple of hours ago, while the cockies were queuing up for 'seconds' after a nice breakfast. Had a number of crimson rosellas too, and a single big golden pigeon. I forget what they're called. Very entertaining for Rishi and Sunnya. Hope you enjoy a cosy winter's afternoon.

Hi to Sherl, Diva, iluvtvalot, MiaJohn and warez769. It's fun to hear where people live, and whether or not they know anything about monsoons and mangoes. Hard to believe, looking out my upstairs living room window into the fog and rain, that six or more months ago we were in the grip of seemingly never-ending mega-bushfires, and my house was surrounded by a ring of fire. Life sure is funny.

Kathy how are you? sorry for late check in a friend gave us 2 dozen fresh oysters spent most of the morning trying to shuck the little ****** while trying not to slice my hand open. made the kilpatrick and cheese topping for them they are in the oven now.
PJ how are you doing? love to rishi and sunnya. Satan's ophthalmologist wants him to have a cataract operation. waiting for the information to come so i can see how much out of pocket it will be knowing full well that he wont want to pay it but one must go through the motions, which means more meaningless wasteful work for me. (which is never ending)
time for me to relax for half an hour before i need to cook them then eat. then i am sitting on the couch for the rest of the day.
