matina and Katy, I've returned from a very positive appointment with my kidney specialist behind Katoomba Hospital. Some very good results, but I have to have more tests to narrow down my treatment. My up-and-down BP is still a mystery. 132/80 or thereabouts today. Lowest in a long time. Won't go on about all that now, though. Rishi and Sunnya are keeping me company. Won't go out for a cappuccino with my friend after all. Will have a good rest. Fed my cockatoos. Hope you're both well today. Will write more later.

Have had a very busy day today. lots of errands and such still not done i will be leaving shortly to visit mum's friend and then home again tomorrow another busy day hairdressers yes she is Croatian so has Easter with us the orthodox which is next week then off to visit my aunty again then home.
PJ so glad that you had some excellent positive news and that your BP and blood test results were good. Let us take that win indeed

matina, hope you have a good outing at the hairdresser's today. The weather in the mountains has cleared and it's pleasant and sunny. Not too hot at all. Am not 100% this afternoon and am a bit confused by the various opinions given by my several specialists. Will be talking to my trusted GP on Tuesday afternoon. Would really like to stop all the appointments for a while. Latest is that I may have some 'anxiety.' Well, yeah . . .

Katy, hope your weather has cleared too. Am looking through my windows to the southeast and see nothing but blue skies in your direction. Hope you'll enjoy your family time today.

Oh Pj your gp seems to be quite good so listen to what he has to say and just tell him you need a break I have faith you'll be fine I'm sure of it relax with the girls read a book , that's the beauty of a book it takes your mind away boy did you get that storm last night lighting literally lit up the whole house ,we could see it hitting the ground in the farmland out back it was so close matina were not doing anything today I'm so enjoying this southerly breeze right thru the house so I won't tell you what I'm wearing hope yogi settles poor baby mwah god bless everyone

matina, feeling better today. Have just fed my birds. But only a few showed up so far. Rishi is out of bed and now watching up the street from her crystal perch on the windowsill. Might drive up to North Leura later to pick up some free spring water. Hope your Saturday will be a good one.

Katy, yes. I have to stop my mind from chattering on and worrying. Reading is always good. I just have to do it. The thunderstorms missed my house entirely. I could see it moving along to the south, heading for your house! I always keep an eye on the weather radar and couldn't believe how everything passed either north or south of this part of the mountains. Hope you're enjoying your family over Easter.

a quiet day here at home and tomorrow more of the same.
PJ just settle your mind for now if you cant just write everything down that you want to tell your GP so you don't forget anything and then relax i find once i have done that it is easier to just get on with it. Other wise i dwell on what i want to tell him and the list of questions etc usually the specialist send a report, but if you want to feel better write up a small review on what they told you so you can leave it with the doctor to review this way you don't second guess yourself later.
Kathy enjoy the cooler weather and for goodness sake stay out of the doorway you will give your neighbours a heart attack lol love to the family, yogi is better today i hope tonight wont be a repeat performance.

matina, thanks. I think that's a good idea. Otherwise, I'll just keep rehearsing what I want to say until Tuesday afternoon. I talked to my old friend in Armidale today after picking up my spring water, and he also gave me some good advice. Rishi has been watching the world from the living room windows but is now asleep on my knees!
