Katy, running late today. Was over at Leura briefly for some manuka honey, recommended for my sore mouth. Hope the soup-making went well. I grew up with 'I Love Lucy'! I remember that episode . . .

Hi Pj we get manuka honey from aldis, it tastes great as well as medicinal purposes did it help you I think matina recommended it for us lovely winters day had some bad news from our gardeners looks like developers may get their hands on the farm they're pressuring the family it's just not right unfortunately the acreage in front of their property has been sold to these greedy asses so sad for everyone matina thank you for your prayers our grandson is having dental surgery were not sure how he's going to react being autistic and a big boy it's stressful all around fingers toes crossed I hope your getting atleast a bit better hugs always take care everyone

matina, hope you're feeling better today and will have a better weekend. Sending lots of get-well-soon wishes again. 8 degrees up here n the mountains, but feels like zero. The wind has been howling all night long and still hasn't let up. Couldn't really sit outside with Sunnya, despite the sunshine. Just too cold. Rishi is presently sitting on her favourite padded windowsill, watching rosellas with great interest. No cockies when it's windy. Whoops! Spoke too soon. A single cockie just arrived. But the little guys had nearly half an hour to eat undisturbed!

Katy, I had to do a lot of research about manuka honey numbers. Had 35+ but have now bought 150+ online. Yes, it seems to help a bit. Tastes great. Apparently OK for diabetics. Will ask my GP later. So sorry to hear about your neighbours. I have NP and a reserve across the street, so hope I'm safe from developers for my lifetime. A great many environmental activists up here.

matina, just received my granddaughter's photo of her three 'groodle' puppies. She's keeping one and selling two.

Hope you soon get that coughing under control. Quiet evening here in front of the fire with two fuzzies.

Morning Pj aw groodles cute is she breeding them it's a golden retriever crossed poodle a few of the neighbours about have labradoodles, i kinda feel sorry for the poodle it's being crossed with everything oh moo I bet she's a big pig now wow she'd be about 9 or so I'm glad the residents are getting a pass on the metres it's an expense you dont need just shopping matina my camelia tree has a second flush of flowers they're a light pink before they were white really happy it's still alive hoping things are easing for you

matina, how are you doing today? Sending good wishes I'm feeling better. Might even take a little walk. Sent in my Woolworth's order just now, for delivery tomorrow. Had a nice talk with my niece last night. Everyone in Maine is well and enjoying their summer.

Katy, what a wonderful photo of your camellias! I'm so lucky that I inherited lots of flowering trees around my house. My granddaughter and her mother got five puppies from their breeding experiment and have already sold one. Those three are for sale. My granddaughter has picked her favourite puppy to keep. She says they're very smart and easy to train. $3500 each! Wow! This week will arrange my Blue Mountains free parking pass. So many visitors up here . . . but I know times and 'secret' places where I can always find a spot!

Hi Pj good on your granddaughter and her mum for giving breeding dogs a go it's a lot of money $ 3500, but people are willing to pay it for these breeds I would hope the residents have their own little spaces to park I know the metres are mainly geared to the tourists are you well how is your bp these days my gp of 40 years is retiring I'm looking for a new Dr I'll try my hubbies one but I get anxious about new drs so my bp will go up all the best love to the fuzzies matina not good your still battling this cough get well wishes I'm from all of us im out to the

matina, my new NZ manuka honey arrived this morning! I immediately tried it out. Also attaching a photo of my local manuka honey, from Woolworth's. In total, I received gift certificates for nearly $900 from my various accumulated points. Thought it was wise to use them now. They never expire. A couple of months' worth of groceries. And my weekly organic vegie delivery came at the same time. Hope you're feeling a bit better today. The wind has stopped up here . . . cold but beautiful winter's day.

Katy, the BMCC site won't let me in, so I can't get my free parking whatchamacallit online. Will keep trying. My blood pressure was below 140/90 the last three times I tested it. Amazing. Hope you can find a good doctor. I'm so happy to have my guy, who is about ten years younger than my son. Travelled all around Canada and married a Canadian girl. Two young children and lives in Katoomba. Very personable. They say there's a doctor shortage up here, so I make my regular appointments in advance, online, about every 2-3 weeks. Am going for my long-awaited sleep apnea test tomorrow! Enjoy your Tuesday . . .
