Katy, it's a weird, weird world, alright. And creepy. Who would have ever guessed back in the 1950s? But I guess we have to think of all the good things too. I often think of my son devoting his life to protecting the koalas and it makes me feel that a lot in this modern world is still worthwhile.

I hope you are using those hydralites as prescribed too many may increase your sodium levels thereby making you retain too much fluid during the day and making you want to pee more at night most folks don't realise that those things have alot of sodium in them, get your GP to keep an eye on those sodium levels.

Walked across the street from my house and enjoyed this amazing Jamison Valley view for a while. Was still feeling a bit light-headed, so didn't go too far . . . a bit of a stroll through the bush, always in mobile phone range. About 13 degrees . . . beautiful winter's day.

Hi Pj yes just watch the amount of hydralite you have it does tend to make you go more later on but it was a,life saver for hubby while he was having treatment have you checked your bp if your feeling light headed I know some technology is amazing it allows your son to do his surveillance of the koalas etc I'm waiting on a machine to repair body parts or better yet full replacement you never know hope your ok today oh matina that man good luck I hope there is a provider who'll help but it's getting him to agree to that help is the problem Bless you all

KATHY oh yeah it is tough as nails getting this all sorted and i am so tired of being the one being used and abused and the piggy in the middle for everyone to pick on. oh if i only had a basement! LOL
been on the phone all day had some progress but now allowing the geriatric nurse consult with the supposedly possibly new provider before they say and commit to officially accepting and taking on his package. So now we wait to see what the verdict will be. if it is yes then we can breathe a sigh of relief if not then the search and phone calls start anew again god kill me now!!!

matina and Katy, regarding my GP appointment, no word on my sleep apnea test results but am being sent to see my cardiologist. Am overdue for a heart check. Had a nice nap and am now ready to settle n for an evening in front of the fire. Will go down to 4 degrees up here tonight.

Hi Pj we were able to talk to our gardener neighbours today sharing a pot of coffee which is unusual they normally decline They did tell us that the developers who were harassing them have now backed off the council got involved it's not even rezoned so for now they'll continue their farming so peaceful here like the mountains not as pretty but lovely just the same have a good day cuddles to the fuzzies hugs everyone xo

Katy, so glad to hear the news about your neighbours. Wondering now if my friend's widow will eventually sell the house across the fence. Maybe one of their children (nearly my age) will move in. Yes, 'peacefulness' is the operative word!

PJ sorry to hear the delayed test results it is frustrating indeed ;-( finally went to chiropractor today after 9 months because have been so busy with Satan and his issues an also being sick several times ourselves with mother. he said that i have AN INTERCOSTAL RIB MUSCLE TEAR. which had tarted to heal but after the metapneunovirus that both mum and i had recently it has re torn ans now its another 6 to 8 week healing time frame if i don't re-injur it again ;-( of all the things to have happen BUGGER!
KATHY yes it was so AWESOME HAVING MY HAIR DONE AHHHHHH!!!! However it was swiftly followed by getting more bad news as another provider has declined SATAN'S HOME-CARE PACKAGE!! SO THE RING AROUND SHIT SHOW STARTS AGAIN TOMORROW. NO REST FOR THIS WOLF IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE!!! KILL ME NOW!!!
TIME FOR MORE PAINKILLERS AND DINNER AND RECLINER HUGGING AN ICE-PACK THEN BED.

matina, sending lots of good wishes. Made a quick stop at the local supermarket yesterday. Not planning much for today. Beautiful and sunny up here once again.

Katy, am sure your granddaughter will enjoy her birthday. Yes, weekends are more convenient. Sounds like a great plan. My old, old friend Max Miller used to have his paintings hanging in the Gallery, years ago. I wonder if they're still there. That was a separate little sculpture in my last photo, ledged into the tree.
