matina, I'm back from my heart 'echo' test down in Lawson. Very easy. I didn't even have to wait. Took only about half an hour. No results for a while, though. I could watch my heart beating and hear the blood swishing. Feeling OK today. Just drank some hydralyes and had a little nap! Hope you're feeling better.

Katy, hmmm. Sure looks like a person in a suit to me. But the experts seem to say otherwise. No Maine black bear would act like that, never in a million years. They say that Asian sun bears are different . . . good entertainment for a zoo! Rain overnight and early morning here in the mountains and only 10 degrees. Has cleared now but is still cool. Hope you're enjoying your weekend.

Morning matina and Pj as part of my granddaughters birthday weekend her parents took her and her friend to teppanyaki ,where the chef cooks a select menu in front of you her friend is Japanese and she is very much into teaching my granddaughter her culture she just loved the experience even the moody teenager ate everything put in front of him really rare he hates veges the young chef was very entertaining though I think the kids were worried he'd set the place on fire matina more angel wishes abs healing prayers your way Pj enjoy your Sunday with the fuzzies take care everyone

Pj that's a good close up photo of the is it a yellow wattle We don't have anything like that down here in the burbs very pretty have you been skydiving Pj i think maybe back in the day you would've been adventurous me terrified of heights strapped to another person while plummeting to earth hmmm nope your grandson was very brave are you doing ok bp etc has it settled I found a gp young woman just started a practice not far from here see how it goes Matina any little improvement is a win we'll keep sending our prayers over to you god bless everyone

matina, hope you're feeling a bit better today. Soon I'm off to see my bushwalking friend in Katoomba, for a cappuccino. It's his 74th birthday. 8 degrees here now, but the sun is out. Rishi is still sleeping in. Had a great talk with my son yesterday. He's still doing his koala work.

Katy, both my son and my grandson have been skydiving, but not me! The most dangerous thing I ever did (apart from some rock climbing) was to travel around northern Afghanistan by truck. In some places, there were no roads. Won't ever forget that. Still waiting on test results. Coincidentally, my son just took the sleep apnea test as well. So glad to hear that you may have found your new GP.
