still waiting for phone calls concerning Satan's package acceptance had another declined on Monday;-( 3 more to respond then back to the drawing board again more phone call etc

matina, hope today will be a better day for you. I'm feeling a bit better myself -- not so light-headed. Slept better. Fuzzies are presently watching the birds. Sunny winter's day . . . 9 degrees. Sat out in the sun for a while.

Katy, I think that wooden bear might have been sent from Maine, years ago! Posted my son my sleep apnea report. His own report is due soon. Am really looking forward to my two-week trial. Extremely quiet day yesterday. Might attempt a little walk today.

KATHY yes i am feeling better a the days go by but it is night time that poses the most pain and trouble. yes it is spring just watch those new shoots as it only takes one night of frost to kill them off ;-(
PJ RISHI LOOKS EXACTLY THE WAY I FEEL I DARE ANYONE TO TALK/ANNOY ME!! have you checked your iron levels it may cause the light-headedness if your iron deficient. i know your not a big meat eater so are you getting enough iron??? after all iron is what carries oxygen to the brain thereby affecting sleep too.
some good news my aunty is leaving rehab hospital tomorrow may go visit her see how i feel tomorrow going a little stir crazy being inside for the whole week.
be safe everyone got a friend coming for dinner so must get to it and get the roast on

matina, thanks for the tip. I regularly take iron tablets. I asked my GP last time and he said that my past iron blood levels were OK. For the past few days, my BP has been low. 99/63 was the lowest but 119/69 was my average, which is OK. I blame dehydration. Anyhow, hope you're having a good weekend and will be able to sleep tonight. Good to hear that your aunty will soon be out of rehab. (Rishi is currently sleeping on my knees!)

Morning Pj a flower photo with I think maybe kitty faces for you wow your bp has really come down no wonder your light headed your obviously not used to such low levels so of your iron is ok this could be contributing to that is that a painting or a poster of cat lady matina my new gp was very nice and calming she took her time to ask questions and my bp even behaved so yes quite relieved have a nice visit with your aunty she'll happy to be home I bet hope your doing ok today

View west on a windy day . . .

matina, how are you today? Hope you slept well. Visit to your aunty? My cardiologist now wants me to have a 24-hour Holter test on my heart, on the 21st in Lawson. I'm hanging on until the 23rd, when I can try my new sleep apnea treatment. Will ask my GP next Wednesday. . . what he thinks, why my blood pressure is now sometimes only 102/60 something. What is going on? Wish I knew. Not so light-headed today.

Katy, yes, that's a big postcard on my fridge. Someone sent it long ago! Very, very windy today, though sunny. So glad to hear about your new GP. A good doctor who listens is so important. And thanks for the kitty flowers!

AUNTY IS AT HOME SAFE AND SOUND!
PJ maybe they should cut back on your bp meds. if your B.P is low the body has like a safety switch that wont allow you to fall asleep on the chance you may not wake up, more food for thought. nice pic oh that postcard must have cost a fortune in postage i'm surprised they didn't fold it
KATHY awwwhhhh how cute those flowers are made me smile.
we had a good day out and i was able to drive without too many issues but the proof of the pudding will be tonight trying to sleep if we have improved or the pain will return with a vengeance ;-( stay tuned tomorrow.

matina, so glad to hear about your aunty! I'm sure that's a relief for the family. My Holter monitor has been rescheduled for next Thursday. I'll see my GP next Tuesday and ask him about my low BP.

Hi Pj this reminded me of your carving in your tree can you see its actually an owl he blends in really well sounds like your bodies rebooting weird considering your bp has been up for ages Cold n windy today I'm fertilising my gardens this morning there are already little flowers on some plants it looks like a peaceful place to walk to Pj I bet the sunset there is spectacular matina rang to confirm an appt with centrelink for my grandson only to be told they were 2 hours late due to staff shortages grrrr still going to take him to lunch Thinking of you all hugs always

matina, feels like spring up here on Sublime Point, even though the thermometer says only 10 degrees. Enjoyed a sunny sit out in the backyard with Sunnya. Rhodos and Camellas everyone right now. Hope you're feeling better today.

Katy, wow! What a great owl photo! That's such a good example of camouflage. I'm totally mystified by the changes in my BP. Will see my GP next Wednesday and have my 24-hour ECG on Thursdays. Feeling pretty good today. Not light-headed. Such a lovely day up here in the mountains. That spot is near my house and easy to walk down to . . . but it's the uphill return that gives me pause!

I am feeling better today i was sore last night after the activity in driving etc I agree it is more like spring weather it seems winter has gone already ;-( I do not want to think of SSSSSummmer ;-(((
FINALLY I got a provider to accept Satan's home care package still a lot of paperwork to go through and meet the coordinator on the 23rd then to set up a time for the geriatric team and the coordinator to go and check the premises that is will be safe for their workers, after all that we are good to go to set up services fingers crossed all goes well otherwise it will be back to the drawing board again ;-(
