Today was the Full Cold Moon in Paris.

It's also called Drift Clearing Moon, Frost Exploding Trees Moon, Hoar Frost Moon, Little Spirit Moon, Long Night Moon, Mid-winter Moon, Moon of the Popping Trees, Moon When the Deer Shed Their Antlers, Snow Moon, Winter Maker Moon.
This is the month when the winter cold fastens its grip and the nights become long and dark.

What is it?

• A contest where you attempt to select this month's Full Moon.

How do you play?

• Post a number between 1 and 12 to select one of the 12 Full Moons. (see example below)

Rules:

• You can add a pic or a quote, but your chosen number must be written first in the post.
• Only 1 post per person. If you make multiple posts, all will be disallowed.
• Each edition of Full Moon in Paris will be open for a random length of time, with a minimum of 6 hours.
• The Moons will be randomly generated by two different members at the end of each round.
