it varies - I've seen it as low as 10 people for some rush hours, but sometimes it's more.

Best way top check if you're on time to to go back to Guy1731's post stating rush hour is up, and count 1 hour forward for that.
This one started yesterday, and closed with 14 people posting in the hour -- so we were 1 person short of winning
