Seems to me we just made it. Do not neglect to include post #114 in your count, which kicked off this round.

The one hour begins either from post #114's time stamp, which means it counts towards the 15 total OR the clock starts ticking with the time stamp of the immediately subsequent post (#115), in which case count 15 posts from #115 through and including #129. Just in the nick of time.

But it cannot be both: start the clock with post #114 but not include it as part of the count.
