Would be a good idea to have a post something like this one "stickied" at the top of the forum somewhere? Otherwise people new to the thread are likely to feel lost or may get bogged down trying to figure out one of the more complex contests.

Ideally, I see it looking something like this:

Simple contests
- Daily Coin Toss
- Less or More?
- A Piece of the Cheese
etc.

Picture contests
- Picture Guesser
- Find the Difference
- United Colors of Mobilism - Regular Users
etc.

Betting contests
- Double or Nothing
- Mobi Millions
- Make as Much WRZ as You Like
etc.

Timing contests
- Nerves of Steel
- Rush Hour
- So, You Like to Race?
etc.

Other contests
- Fast Five
- Please Reply
- Riddles
etc.

All with links, or course. (Or, for contests like the riddles or Please Reply where there is no single thread, an explanation.) And better yet if each contest had a brief one-line description beside it.

Web masters have the necessary tools to find out who uses different usernames, and there doesn't have to be a different IP indeed. Meaning staff is well aware of those members that use a double (even more!) identity on this site. But it's up to the contest moderator to allow a player to use different usernames in the same contest, and whether his/her intention is to get more reward.

Personally, I'm rather indulgent towards the use of multiple usernames, and not tempted to publish a list with 'double' names, as I tend to believe it creates more action and that way also more attraction to contests. I trust every player to participate in contests respectfully towards other players, without taking advantage of using other names to cheat on the rules for personal enrichment to the prejudice of other players.

I do not feel allowing multiple accounts by the same user "creates more action" in contests.
I think it takes the fun out of playing a contest see people with duplicate accounts playing with multiple accounts in the same contests. Especially in games with limited admission (11 players in Daily Dice), name sequencing (chain gang), or sequenced posting (fast five) it gives the players who use multiple accounts an unfair advantage over other players who do not use multiple accounts.
As you pointed out in last-is-first - if you have two accounts and play in Less or More - one guess is guaranteed to win.
I honestly don't see how multiple accounts used in that fashion are not an advantage over other players.

First I thought that the perfect name would be "Hell Is Just a Place On Earth" but the Anarchists, Nihilists and Dystopians might have some copyright issue with the name.

Then it came to me (slowly, as most things do) the name should be "Equality, Fraternity, Harmony" and realized that the crotchety old Druid in residence (I won't name names, but his name starts with Sher, and ends Lockx) may have some issue with name seeming to be making fun of him.

Simple contests

Daily Coins Throw - Guess the outcome of three coin tosses. Once a day.

Find the Difference - Spot differences between two images.

Betting contests

Double or ... Nothing - Win or lose the amount you choose to bet.
Mobi Millions Scratch Cards - Win or lose WRZ$ by picking a spot on a scratch card.
Make as Much WRZ$ as You Want - Pay the Fortune Maker and get a chance to win (a raffle-type contest).
American Roulette on Mobilism - Overview

Timing contests

Rush Hour - Post within one hour of when the contest starts. If enough people do they all win.
Nerves of Steel - Be the first poster after a certain amount of time.
Nerves of Plastic - Be the first poster after a certain amount of time.
Nerves of Paper - Be the first poster when the contest starts.
So, You Like to Race? - Be one of the first to make a certain number of posts after the contest starts.
Please Reply (separate thread for each round) - Win if your group of 5 players is one of the first to have everyone post. Sign up in the thread if you're not in a group yet.

Other contests

Fast Five - Post any user names head to tail (linked by first and last letter) and win if there are exactly 5 other posts between two of yours.
Chain Gang - Add your user name to the chain in alphabetical order, where more players means a bigger prize.**
Reply to My Call - Wait to be "called" by the previous user, then call someone new.
Mobimaze No. 1 - Guess which way the maze path will go.
United Colors of Mobilism - Staff Members - Upload a screenshot of the "users on line" box and win WRZ$ for each red or green staff member.
SPAM Hunters... Unite - Get a reward if you're the first person to report a spam post anywhere on the site.
Riddles (separate thread for each riddle) - Think you can figure out what riddle host sherlockx or one of his guest hosts means?
