Local is another 12-issue comic book series by Brian Wood (after Demo),this time illustrated by Ryan Kelly. Each chapter presents a self-contained story taking place in a different town somewhere in North America, recounting another tale from the life of its narrator. While all stories are somehow told by or connected to the life of young runaway Megan, they nevertheless present each a unique part expressing emotions, relationships, those unpredictable ups and downs of life which made one poet exclaim:"Oh! what a tangled web we weave..."
