Hello,

I renewed my premium account recently and changed my password. Since then I tried to download from the blue arrow but I´m getting this message: "The username or password is incorrect. Make sure you're using your Premium password."

I followed instructions of erasing cookies but the message keeps appearing and I still can´t download. Thanks in advace for your help solving this problem.

Hi, our price for a lifetime subscription is fixed at $150 USD. It will be converted to the Philippine peso (or any other currency) at whatever the current exchange rate will be at that point in time. Please note that the price for a one-year subscription is much cheaper, $25. However, we will not set different prices by country.
