Uninstall it, and re-inistall it again. It seems that you have something of missing. Remember to do a softreset & clean beforeinstall it again.

LMAO!

She has a pronounciation problem. she speeds up when she's supposed to slow down and she slows down when she's supposed to speed it. It's funny sometimes how she pronounces stuff... But there are sometimes when she screws up and pisses you off.

There's version for wm 2003(SE) too available of voice command 1.6, I've tried to find a torrent, searched for it in dc++ hubs and with limewire, googled.. 1.6 can be archieved pretty easily for wm5, but for 2003, it's nowhere.. Maybe someone could get 1.6 for wm 2003 version to here?

According to Handango (see HERE in Description tab) this application is good only for WM5 device, as declared in opening post.
Where have you seem that exist this application/version for WM2003 devices too ??

Sorry, I have been mistaken. I was viewing website of voice command on microsoft's site and noticed that it seems to be supported with many wm2003 devices, I just reviewed this page and noticed that there's a part on upper left where it describes this software and informs that it's version 1.5, I also checked website of 1.6 and noticed that what you say is true, it is not supported by ANY wm2003 devices.

How much space does this program take in the memory?
I only have 6 MB left.... I don't have a storage card...
Is is really better than the standard voice recognition system that comes standard in the PPC-67000 (WM5) ?

@stingray: sorry I did not pay attention to the memory it takes to install. Also you can't/shouldn't install MSVC on a card so you would have to make room if 6Mb is not enough [I think it'll fit though, however if the CAB is copied to the device before it is run your device might think you don't have enough memory for it].

Dunno what the VC app is loaded on the PPC-6700 [I suspect it's Cybereon though]. With CVC [Cybereon Voice Command] you have to record tags before you can use those for commands [CVC is also used in most other HTC devices]. I've never used CVC on my older devices [too lazy to record commands]. With MSVC [Microsoft Voice Command] you don't need to record commands or tags. YMMV.

I use MS Voice Command pretty regularly but still consider myself a "casual" user - I've upgraded to 1.6 and I haven't really made use of the new features nor have I really witnessed any improvements. Some people really like the reading of their messages allowed, but I've never had those "announcements" enabled. What I'm saying is that it's not an earth shattering upgrade so it might not be worth the hassle if you've already got something that works.

Hola.

I've got an HTC Wizard with WM5 (UK o2 rom) -- voice command is really neat ('cept when it's a bit ropey using my bluetooth button); the only problem i have with it is that when i'm using my PDA and it's gone onto PIN lock; i can't run it -- have to PIN unlock it first?

does 1.6 stop this?!
