SchedHandler 1.50 (Freeware)
Requirements: PocketPC with WindowsMobile 5 or later, .Net Framework 3.5
Overview: Scheduler for email/ImapIdle/Polling/exec./switch
Scheduler for:
Scanning for:
-> network connection scanner (check the connection and if not valid reconnect again)
-> anti power suspend (sending power heartbeat every X-seconds, and so not going to suspend mode)
-> imap idle scanning for new emails
-> wheel time scanning (after X-seconds execute...)

---- checking if File Exist
---- checking if File Not Exist
---- checking if Application Running
---- checking if Application Not Running
Timeplans when Scanning events are valid
Execution if Scanning is valid:
-> Polling Emails (Pocket Outlook Mailboxes)
-> Kill Tasks
-> Play Sounds (all windows media supported files)
-> Switch Radio, GPRS, Wlan, Bluetooth via ON/OFF/Toggle

+ added new handler for IMAP IDLE, and will only recycle all 5min, if no network is established.
but if network is establed, then it will just INSTANT beginn again to check IMAP IDLE
+ fixed - corr. of listen read socket never times valid again.

+ 1.48 was a big mistake on waithandler which was multiplied with 1000 -> so IMAP IDLE waits 30 x 1000sec for next retry
