Using Dasai's version. Works well, I think it is going to replace Tiny Twitter. The thumbnails doesn't show on my timeline though. Just little tiny green boxes. Other than that, it does everything advertised.

Edit: Got the thumbnails to show after toggling them off and back on again in options.

Mine works fine. (setting auto refresh at 15mins) Maybe you can reinstall to see if the problem occurs?
