Requirements: PPC 2002, 2003... Your Desktop PC needs VNC server running...
Overview: Mocha VNC is an application for the Microsoft Windows Mobile platform (R) Platform (previous known as Pocket PC or just CE). It enables you to have full, secure access (if using SSH2) to your work computer through an Internet or network connection. Using your Pocket PC device, you can connect to your Linux/Mac or Windows computer and see the files, programs, and resources exactly as you would if you were sitting at your desk, just on a smaller screen.
Full screen mode, 800x600 pixels compressing to a 320x240 PDA screen
Without compression. Moving the pen, will scroll the screen. In landscape mode

Functionality
VNC Protocol with encoding types : Raw,CopyRect,Hextile,ZRLE and Zlib
SSH2 tunnel encryption option.
DES encryption of the Server password
Render the a page to a full screen, and offer 3 different views (compressing) of the large screen on the smaller PDA screen.
Easy scroll mode with the pen.
Many trim parameters.
Free upgrades to new versions of the product.
Low cost : Single User license 20 USD or 200 USD for a Company License.
Limitations
No sound or clipboard support
A large screen size on the server will increase the data send from the server. Screen sizes 800x600 or 1024x768 can be recommended.
The VNC protocol requires some band width. We recommend using a Wireless LAN solution. Using a slow GSM/GRPS phone cannot be recommended.

Problem with dynamic VNC server IP address:
If your VNC server does not have a fixed IP address or name, a solution could be a dynamic DNS name from a service as NO-IP The basic version of the service is free.

). As with Real VNC on a pc, Mocha VNC utilizes the ability to control your pc in any way you desire, use your touch screen as your mouse, tapping for clicking and dragging for guess what? It really is like you are at your pc, controlling everything with the movement of your finger! You can even use your keyboard (virtual or physical thumb board) to type stuff in to your pc, from your ppc, simple as that! With these various abilities within the program, it can obviously go horribly wrong, for example i was typing away, when I lost connection, and my pc continued typing, believing it was me from my ppc 
. That was definitely not helpful. Apart from that the software functions almost perfectly, despite it lacking in visual styles, with the interface of older O/S's, which could be a great improvement if they decide to release a new version! The Whole program is one single exe that can be placed and accessed from anywhere on your ppc.
