zaTunnel v0.1 (Freeware)
Requirements: Pocket PC, .Net Compact Framework 2.0
Overview: zaTunnel is SSH tunnel and port forwarding for Pocket PC. Tunneling, or port forwarding, is a way to forward otherwise insecure TCP traffic through SSH Secure Shell for Workstations. You can secure for example POP3, SMTP, Telnet, FTP, VNC and HTTP connections that would otherwise be insecure. You can control not only SSH server but all computers in your intranet network.

Please be a little more accurately and have a look on the hompage of the developer and not only on the freeware sites.
Your upload is not 1.0 - it's 0.1
And on the hompage of zaTelnet is already released version 0.2
