Firstly the setup file in the files available files appears to be corrupt (invalid install on my machine) so I downloaded it from the authors site and used the cracked file to overwrite the installed file - download is:

You'll need to have a provider that support IAX protocol (Inter-Asterisk eXchange ) - here's a snippet from the readme.txt:
Setup
When starting VoIPSurfer for the first time it should already have the necessary data for
our phone testserver set up. If not however, you will be presented with a screen where you
need to enter either our phone testservers data, your own Asterisk Servers data or those of
a VoIP Provider supporting the IAX protocol.

Server Alias : VOIPSURFER (put anything you like here, just sets the display)
DNS/IP Addr. : 81.169.172.244
User Alias : 4401
Login Name : 4401
Password : sp9911

Please turn off the onscreen keyboard afterwards and make sur to check the "Register" button,
then click "Apply". VoIPSurfer should connect to our phone server straight away.

You may make testcalls of 1 minute duration to various destinations using our phone server.
If you want to call a number in the US, please dial using format: 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx (without dashes).
To dial a number in the UK, use the european international format: 0044-area code-number.

If you'd like to make test calls to another country, let us know, we can probably set it up.

Calls to mobile phones (accept for the US) are not possible.
