PURESKILLZZZ your right, it don't work if using it via the cell, I can use it via wifi and via a direct connection with a pc but as soon as I try to use it via my phone providers 3g internet it just tries to connect but failes, it gets the IP of the server but simply cannot connect to it.

Must have some bug.

Well the bug needs to be fixed or maybe there is a setting somewhere . Or even maybe 3g blocks the usage of that particular port range.

it works well using wifi, however, if you are going to use irc will hooked up on activesync, why not just use your computer?
the devs definitely need to fix the 3g problem; if not for wifi. this app would be semi useless.

All this needs is a port of the server and channel list...it sucks having to add the servers manually :(
