Inbox Manager lets you look at the messages stored on your POP3 mail server without downloading them. It is very useful for managing your mail remotely, for example leaving "that copy of the huge document" on the server until you get home but retrieving and reading the urgent messages. For huge document (that possibly include attachments) you can retrieving a deal of message lines. During POP3 mail server connecting, Inbox Manager retrieves just the headers from the mail on the server and displaying a list of messages include Size, From, To, Subject and Time fields. Inbox Manager uses standard message store for incoming messages, you can use existing store as ActiveSync or your own store. Inbox Manager send messages stored in outbox folder also, messages sending separately, without receiving. You can export messages stored in the Inbox folders into text file (SMS export support also).

Bathrinath, can you explain a bit about the mirrors which you gave for PPC and above. I didn't get you. Is this for Smartphone and PPC or Only for PPC? If it is for Smartphone also then please edit the requirements correctly or else split the topic and post it in Smartphone section and PPC sections.

Comment: Inbox Manager lets you look at the messages stored on your mail server without downloading them. I personally use it every day. I get a lot of spam in my mailbox. More than half of the mails I receive have to be deleted before I read them. I’m afraid to implement rules to my inbox because then I have the risk I could miss an important message that is stopped because it contains some words that I implemented in my rules. With Inbox manager I can view in my mail server what messages are ready to be downloaded when I start my desktop mailbox. I can delete the messages I would delete if I would receive them on my desktop and eventually view the once I think are important to be viewed right away, before starting up my desktop and opening my mailbox on it. I can view a small part of a document that is attached if I want. The different fields give me all the information concerning size, sender, subject and time it was sent. The Inbox manager keeps incoming messages in a folder that can be synchronized through Activesync with your desktop. There is also spoken about SMS export support, but I couldn’t check that.
Definitely a very useful application that should be included in everyone’s must-install package. I call that a PPC evergreen. Try it, you'll like it.
