PocketSpeedTest v1.0 (Freeware)
Requirements: PocketPC 2003(SE) - NET CF v2.0
Overview: PocketSpeedTest - check your cellular packet link speed or hotspot speed. The program mainly to test local HSDPA speed without the need to connect it as a modem to PC.
It seems to show real download speeds e.g. my home broadband has 1 Mbit/s of downrate, and PST shows data rate at about 1010 kbit/s so quite close to 1024.
PST downloads a 1 MB file in order to test your connection speed so be aware of costs, you'd better test your connection with an unlimited data plan or packet of relatively cheap data transmission (like in my case). But it's all your thing, do as you like.
