Does it work for cdma ppc?

I have htc xv6800, after I installed it I cannot find the internet telephone under settings>phone>service

Or it does not work for cdma device?

I have recently installed this and it all installs ok i get the today plugin etc and I can make a call with it but it always disconnects after about 5 seconds into a call.

I have no idea why and have got very frustrated as I can not find any answers looking around.

Can anyone help or is there something newer/better than this i can use?
