This is just a bug fix they made in 8.6u1 not really an "update." Anyways here is WM2003 cab with cracked .dll file.

for Windows Mobile displays the following error: "Server certificate has
expired". The user can then accept the certificate and proceed, or cancel
the connection. If the user accepts, the communication can proceed as
normal with full security. However, it is hard for the user to
differentiate between a Certificate that has expired and this situation.

Opera does not consider this problem as a security issue, as there is no
user data exposed, and the connection, if accepted, is as secure as it
would have been without this problem. However, this error will be
inconvenient for users visiting SSL sites. Additionally, users may be
confused regarding the error dialog displayed by Opera.

Detailed technical explanation:
Due to a problem in the certificate comparison code, all certificates
are mistakenly reported as expired if the current date on the device
is in the month of December.

The warning comes up on all secure sites, regardless of certificate
details.

The problem will only happen as long as the date on the device is
December. This means that by January 1st, the problem is solved. In the meantime, we apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause.


Even if this is not considered as a security issue, it have been decided that there will be released a new fixed build. The new build will be available for download as soon as possible.
