I just rooted my phone this afternoon but im new
and still confused about most things.
I rooted my phone by downgrading to 1.5 and
now im running 1.6 with cyanogenmod 4.2.1 but
it doesnt seem to be very fast, its quite slow and
laggy and im wondering why that is.
recovery 1.4 i think.

Some games that didnt lag before lag now like
armoured strike online, it can barely start and
force closes alot.
also what is a newer version that is built around
android 2.0, is quite fast,looks good and doesnt
need the danger spl.

I definitely noticed a speed improvement on the new rom.
