I came over to Android from Windows Mobile and hate when typing numbers you have to press an extra button. Is there a way I can have it so I only have to tap one button to type a number?

I would imagine there would be as I doubt I am the only one who feels this way.

The problem I have is that I don't know which one and where to get it. I tried the market without success...

swype and dinc oem keyboard has a number pad if you hit the 1,2,3 or symbol button. This gives a full # keyboard.

I know I can hold the button to type a number, but if I have to type a bunch of numbers (such as entering mpg187 when logging into any sites I am on) it takes too long holding each button...

What marcw2 said....

i use SWYPE this has a numpad keyboard if switched to it. You must do this before every sms (not before every number you want to press). You can type numbers without holding the key for a long time!!!
