i heard you can buy apps from marketplace then copy the apps then refund. i tried to get info about this and cant find anything. how do you copy apps and get refund? thanks.

Use an app backup program (such as Nicky Cho's App Backup and Reinstall) that will create the installation .apk on the SDcard... you can then use that to reinstall it after refund... but you only have 15 minutes to do it!
