just wanted to check, has anyone had any problems with any of the apk's here, are they scanned. I ended up grabbing one (from another site) and it ended up sending out spam emails to everyone on my contact list for a Canadian pharmacy so naturally I'm being a bit more cautious? Not trying to offend, just want to make sure since I have work emails, etc this go round.. thx
If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Android post it here.
Well I have had no problems with any apk from here. Some dude did post one that erased all your sd and replaced it with pictures of something rude. And another developer put a apk out of his own software that would send a text message to all your contacts saying Your a Pirate and cant afford a $1 app. But they where removed very quickly. Just check peoples comments on the app before you test it. If theres something wrong, someone will let us know

I had an issue with one APK... the APK has since been removed... You're best bet is to be cautious, as with any app (even from the market) pay attention to the permissions its asking for. For instance if you get an app that is meant to be a virtual keyboard and its requiring sms and email permissions it is probably a bad app
If you like it BUY IT. Support devs of worthy apps

Just to let you know, this site has strict guidelines in its releases and I can tell you the Android section is moderated extremely well, so I would not be afraid to try any of the Android releases. The releasers and crackers who post are helpful with following up.
Anywho, worst apk I've had was a fart app from the market, changed every application's notification to a fart. Had to search through each application settings to find out which were still changed and turned on. Embarassing! Do not trust the market, trust Mobilism!
