Guys what is the best app for auto connect to open wifi hotspots?

I'm sure he's trying to find an app that will auto connect to open hotspots as well as other connections that he may already have keys for..

If thats the case Wifi Static is what you want~

EDIT:
NOTE: You during the first hotspot found you will still need to register the SSID for the network..
(exp: Linksys - open hotspot configured) Then any time the phone finds a Linksys open network it will auto connect to it..
Same goes with any other network that you put in..

The one good thing about WiFi Static is that you can have a dynamic or static IP for each individual WiFi network..
Downside is that you have to configure it upon first use..
After that though it will auto link to the SSID once found~

I think none of the above provide the functionality this guy is looking for. I found one app that does exactly this - scans for open wifi networks and also checks if the network has some payment/login page required and connects to the ones with free internet access only.
It's called Open wifi scanner or something like that, I have it and its pretty cool. Granted it's not free, but it is pretty inexpensive for what it offers.

Tasker also has the ability to connect to WiFi's of your choosing.
