i havent static IP. I have dynamic.. I need some app for wifi? or i dont know .. when i can see some video from Youtube app i can see 15 sec and wifi disconnect. I dont know

So this problem isnt only when i use some application but is too when i dont use WIFI. But i have internet from t-mobile so this problems arent. Please help. How i found version about my Android? I write here after.
