If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Android post it here.

Permissions are the same for free and paid version, the only difference in this case is that it doesn't have ads. In other cases free versions have either limited functionality or time limitation. There are some apps that can remove some permissions but this still remains the biggest problem for today's smartphones. I have no idea why nobody cares about this. There are no regulations, no penalties, nothing. Is it seriously normal for people to know that someone out there who created the app can read your messages, call logs, contacts, see precise location, phone state and identity,...?! I can't believe how indifferent people are. What's next? We have to keep doors open so anyone can see inside? Google went from best to most terrifying company in the world. Of course they are not the only one who benefit from people's disinterest in own privacy.

Thanks for explaining things..so I assume its fine to install these apps..even Fileexpert had the same message and every single one of the apps I have installed from here have some sort of message taking some kind of information, including SD data info and contact info so I guess that is just how it is..now I have one more question, I know, kinda silly, but the apps that I get from this site, I dont have to worry that I will be charged at the end of the month for them? The only thing I will be using is my 2gb of data that I have with t-mobile and thats it..its not like at the end of the month I am going to receive a bill for these apps right LOL..I know silly question but just had to ask..a few of the apps I have tried installing from here turned out to be the free ones with ads so I removed them..but everything else seems to run just fine

Haha no you wont receive any bill. Why did you erase your question? Maybe someone else will have the same problem and now he wont be able to see what you asked.

Oh, because someone PMed me and told me the answer, but I Guess its good to keep the question anyway.basically my question was about how I was worried that maybe T-mobile might charge me for the apps at the end of the month. I went to my android market and checked out the apps that are shown as Installed(coming from the market) and it only shows google maps(I guess that gets automatically installed), fileexpert, and live scores(to check out sports scores) so since nothing else is in there I have nothing to worry about? I guess I have just been overly obsessed with getting charged since I read how t-mobile puts the android apps that are purchased on your bill, at least I think that is how they do it, they might put it on a credit card but I dont have any credit card on my phone
