How to localize an App

If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Android post it here.

I would like to localize this Widget (GO Simple Clock Widget) in my language (Italian):

Text as you see is English, which program is necessary to do so?
Can anyone help?

i suggest u just google it.there are tons of thread about localization of android apps.

Thank you for your suggestion, I followed this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2014062, I installed all the Java software on my computer (Window XP SP3) from the ORACLE site, but with no success (see following image). I used APK Tool 2.04 to decompile-compile the app, but as soon as I start APK Tool I get the message that Java is not installed!

and I don't know what else to do.
