I woke up this am to find that my Droid had an update to install. Ive been looking all morning for a change on the droid but I haven't found anything.

From what I can tell, these are all the same numbers that were on the phone when I went to bed. Strange. The only thing that I can think of is that Verizon is preping the phone for a larger update (2.1 hopefully).

Well I got the 2.0.1 update back in late December or early January (before the 10th). I am looking forward to the 2.1 update just not sure when it will come.

There are rumors saying that 2.1 may never come to the droid. But noone knows, if you really want to run the 2.1 android O.S. then you should look into rooting your phone and then flashing a custom ROM to it. Right now im running a 2.1 ROM on my droid. Works flawlessly. And looks cool too.
