What RSS reader do you think is the best and why?

I'm looking for one that just does text feeds nothing fancy, also has to react and respond at a decent speed, and be able to add my own feeds I want to look at. Would also be nice if it had a built-in library of some popular feeds. So any and all suggestions will be looked at.

I'm actually looking one just to download podcasts. I've seen some on the market but not sure which one to get. I'm new to android. EX-WM here. Just got HTC Desire.
I like to use a RSS Reader or whatever that I can download Joyce Meyer's TV audio and Radio audio podcasts that comes out everyday which are each 20mb in size.
Any suggestions on that?

I had the same question last week.... i came out with "feedr" nothing fancy but does what it needs to do. At the moment i use 3 widgets for my favorite news sites and the updated when i open them (can also be done every 20 minutes).

So... Try feedr!!!
ps. if you find something better please let me know.... always nice to try something else :D

Look for Newsroom.
Really nice UI fast n smooth. Watching news with 1 thumb!
Offline reading, a lots of texts is downloaded.
Doesn't sync in the background so make it use less battery.
Try it!

I am looking for a reader like Egress on WindowsMobile.
The Newsroom thing does not work well for me, as the pulldown article details page is always empty , external browser must then be opened for the (then overloaded) web article. No comments included either. Setting tinkering does not help.

GoodNews and NewsRoom are the ONLY ones for Android? So far I am little frustrated with the touted Android market, compared to my WindowsMobile collection (300 cool programs, not 'Apps', installed on a Loox!) I cannot find the comparable tools for Android so far.
Thanks!
